YOUTH CAMP

In our last letter we told you about taking 20 members from our church to a Christian summer camp in a place called Erseke, which is situation in south eastern Albania. The camp was a great success. It was a special time for the young people as each of them grew in their relationship with God and met with other young Christian from all across Albania.

The format of the camp consisted of daily worship, Bibles studies and learning about discipleship. There was also plenty of time for activities such as a volleyball championship and a chance for everyone to experience the assault course.

 FINDING A NEW HOUSE

On a more personal note we would value your prayers because only a few days ago we were told by the landlord that we must leave our house by the 16th September. T his came as a complete shock. We have really enjoyed our accommodation and it is difficult for us to leave. We are getting used to the unexpected happening in Albania but it is still tough.

The timing of all this is particularly difficult as we have a BMS conference for next 4 days and we are on holiday from 1st - 14th Sept. So, we only have a few days to pack and find somewhere to live.

There is a possibility that we can move into a flat, which is situated in the same area as our house, but this will be finalized when we come back from holiday. Moving can be stressful and expensive and with so much going on at the moment we really do need to commit everything to God and trust him completely.
